Abstract
Two patients are reported in whom a squamous cell carcinoma arose in c hronic lymphoedematous skin on the lower legs. Although lymphangiosarc oma is a well recognized complication of chronic lymphoedema, squamous cell carcinoma has only been reported on seven previous occasions.
