Abstract
A case of a haemodialysis patient with a primitive angiosarcoma of the alveolar mucosa is reported. The Vascular origin of the tumor was con firmed by the immunohistochemical data which showed strong positivity for Factor VIII-related antigen and for vimentin, whereas stains for d esmin and cytokeratins were negative.
