Abstract
The authors report the case of a patient followed up for 23 years afte r a double myocardial implantation of the internal mammary arteries (V ineberg technique) for unstable angina. The result of this procedure o f surgical revascularisation has been very satisfactory to date. The a uthors believe this to be the longest follow-up reported in the medica l literature.
