Abstract
Coronal millimeter wave sources (CMMS) have been observed at radio fre quencies 22-90 GHz (at wavelengths 3-13 mm). The observed CMMS have be en classified into three different categories according to their time scale and relation to other wavelength events. The CMMS indicate enhan cement of electron density in the corona, as well as magnetic loop str uctures. The CMMS are evidence of dynamical processes taking place at the lower levels of the corona, propagating into the higher levels.
