Processes of staff (''team'') formation at a commercial industrial fir
m are considered; they start from the moment of admittance. Results of
examination of 390 pretenders for vacancies in commercial building fi
rm were analyzed. It was noted that unfavorable moral psychological cl
imate formed usually in small ventures. Their transformation in big co
mmercial industrial firms appears to be one of important conditions of
''team'' formation. The process of the ''team'' development is consid
ered as a drift from corporative interests to incorporativity.
