Tr. Petrova et An. Tatarkin, NEUROREGULATORY MODULATION OF HEMODYNAMIC REACTIONS TO EXERCISE TEST IN PATIENTS WITH CARDIAC-ARRHYTHMIA, Terapevticeskij arhiv, 66(9), 1994, pp. 65-68
Course activations of artificial stable functional links (ASFL-II) sim
ulating tranquilizer hidazepam were given to 36 arrhythmic patients wi
th effort syndrome (ES) and coronary heart disease. Hemodynamic respon
ses to ASFL-II at bicycle exercise were evaluated. It was found that A
SFL diminish pressor vascular reactions and increase hemodynamic resou
rces at bicycle exercise, especially of ES patients. The modulating ac
tivity of ASFL-II in relation to hemocirculation is attributed to alte
rations in the central neuromediatory mechanisms.
