GEOCHEMISTRY AND EPR OF ROCK-FORMING QUAR TZ OF THE LOWER PART OF THEELDZHURTINSKY GRANITIC MASSIF (NORTHERN CAUCASUS)

Based on the study of rockforming quartz of the El'dzhurtinsky graniti c massif by use of EPR and oxygen isotopic method the peculiarities of its formation and problems of the potential ore mineralisation are di scussed. It is shown that the local change of acid-base parameters too k place during the crystallisation, at the same time the fluid system was free of water supply with contrast isotopic characteristics. The g eochemical differences between quartz of the El'dzhurtinsky granite an d intraore ''Spider'' granite lead to a conclusion on the absence of c onnection of these granites and Tyrny-Auz ore deposit.
