Abstract
It is shown that the present method allows rapid assessments of the st ate of the alloy surface undergoing potentiostatic dissolution. The ra pid anodic and cathodic polarograms agree with other experiments and s uggest that surface layers accumulated on Ti-W and Ti-Ni alloys in aci ds possess good cathodic activity.
