The electric conductivity of amorphous Zn41Sb59 was shown to be of a n
early activation type with E(sigma) approximate to 0.28 eV at 125 less
than or equal to T less than or equal to 360 K. It displayed no frequ
ency dependence at 220 less than or equal to T less than or equal to 3
00 K and f less than or equal to 5 MHz. The thermoelectric power, S, w
as positive and increased nearly linearly with reciprocal temperature
at 186 less than or equal to T less than or equal to 364 K; E(S) appro
