Abstract
Nickel(II) complex of Schiff base derived from (S)-2-(N-benzylprolyl)a mino-5-methylbenz and glycine (I) was prepared. It was characterized b y mass, H-1, C-13 and N-15 NMR spectra. The NMR signals were assigned and the data thus obtained can serve for study of products in the asym metric synthesis of amino acids, starting from this complex.
