Abstract
A longitudinal study of the experiences of men and women looks at patt erns of change during the four years of college. Using a multiple lens approach, a number of patterns are highlighted, suggesting that the u se of multiple perspectives is critical for deeper understandings abou t college impact, gender, and change.
