Abstract
Splenic T cells from C3H/He mice injected with the LBM3A#2 hybrid cell s intraperitoneally (i.p.) showed cytotoxic activity against the paren tal FM3A/R tumor cells. We studied the target antigens recognized by c ytotoxic T cells (CTL) and the following results were obtained. 1) CTL specifically recognized the MM antigens on the surface of target cell s in effector phase. 2) The H-2K or H-2D antigens mere not involved in T cell effector function.
