Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare inflammatory dermatosis which essential
ly affects the trunk and limbs, and more rarely the external genitalia
. We report a case of pyoderma gangrenosum of the penis in a man with
refractory anaemia with excess of blast cells. The site of the necroti
c nature of the lesions suggest a number of differential diagnoses, in
particular Fournier's Gangrene.
