Abstract
The paper deals with the results of numerical simulation of radiation and gas-dynamic processes, which occur in a plasma generator operating at 50 atm. The radiative-conductive and thermal-conductivity modes of combustion are investigated. The conditions, under which stationary v ortex flows may occur in the chamber of an optical plasmatron, are cal culated.
