Abstract
The 3,3alambda4,4-trithia-1,6-diazapentalenyl)diamines 6, 7 and azacro wn ethers 8, incorporating two sulfur-containing diazapentalenes, have been synthesized from (aryloxy)-3,3alambda4,4-trithia-1,6-dizapentale nes 1 and diamines. The aminolysis of 1 with amines has also been stud ied providing 2-monoamino- 3 and 2,5-diaminoheteropentalenes 4.
