Abstract
Some species of clavarioid fungi belonging to the genus Ramaria and ge nus Clavariadelphus were observed, by electron microscopy, regarding t o the septal pore apparatus. All the species of Ramaria genus present dolipores with imperforated parenthesomes. On the contrary, the specie s Clavariadelphus pistillaris presents dolipores with perforated paren thesomes. In view of different theories about the phylogenesis of basi diomycetes, some evolutionary considerations are suggested.
