with HIV worldwide. The disease is no longer a problem of ''those oth
er people''. It should be and must be a concern of everyone. HIV infec

nfected have numerous psychosocial issues. This paper focuses on the i
ssues of discrimination due to the groups affected and death as a dise
ase outcome and how these issues affect the field of rehabilitation.
