Abstract
We report the fatal outcome of bifrontal intracerebral hemorrhage afte r an epileptic drop attack. The importance of a prophylactic treatment is stressed, especially the use of head protectors. The possibility o f a palliative surgical treatment of these patients should also be con sidered - the callosotomy.
