Abstract
A new method is described for the expression and purification of hybri d proteins consisting of human tumor necrosis factor and the alpha-sub unit fragments of pig Na+, K+-ATPase that are located near or inside t he plasma membrane. Six fusion proteins were obtained to be used in pr oducing monoclonal antibodies against the ATPase fragments.
