We present the results of the photometric UBVJHKLM observations of Nov
a Cygny 1992 performed at the period from the 83rd to 290th day after
the nova's outburst. Against the background of gradual decline of the
radiation flux over the central and the blue region of the visible spe
ctrum according to the law of t-1.5, we noticed, during the nova's evo
lution, a period of the violet brightness' constancy during which the
nova's (U-B) color index reached the extremely low value equalled -1m.
8. After the outburst, 190 days later, we revealed the emergence of IR
excess related to the radiation of dust grains.
