Abstract
High-resolution (0.15 angstrom) CCD spectra of pulsating delta Sct typ e star 20 CVn were studied in spectral regions centered on CI 5052, Cr II 5306, OI 6156, OI 7773, NI 8683 lines. Abundances of carbon (lgepsi lon (C) = 8.40), nitrogen (lgepsilon (N) = 7.96), and oxygen (lgepsilo n (O) = 8.90) in the atmosphere of 20 CVn are close to solar. We disco vered overabundance of sodium, silicon, sulphur, calcium, scandium, ti tanium, chrome, iron, barium, praseodymium and neodymium.
