Abstract
During the twenty last years, 246 cases of tuberculous meningitis were hospitalised in the department of infectious diseases of lasi. From t hese 246 cases, 14 exhibited a purulent cerebrospinal fluid. The autho rs focuse on the difficulties of the diagnosis of tuberculous meningit is in this situation.
