Abstract
Impedance measurements have been performed, on alpha-Fe2O3 systems, wi thin-200, + 800 mV potential range and 500 - 10000 Hz frequency interv al. The interface properties have been described with an equivalent ci rcuit. For an optimal fit of the calculated curves to the experimental data the circuit parameters have been deduced, and thus a quantitativ e model for the interface has been established.
