Abstract
Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania (CPH) is a relatively new condition firs t described in 1973. Since its first description, over 80 cases have b een reported worldwide. Very few cases have been reported in children. We report the presentation of an 8-year-old boy to illustrate the pro blems in diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease in childhood.
