Abstract
A total of 77 patients with proximal hypospadias underwent a 1-stage h ypospadias repair using a preputial free graft for neourethral constru ction and a preputial pedicle flap for ventral skin coverage. Of the p atients 84% achieved excellent functional and cosmetic results with 1 procedure.
