ASCA spectra of the central regions of three cooling flows, in the Per
seus, Centaurus, and A1795 clusters, together with the spectrum of the
center of the Coma Cluster, are studied. Absorbed, cooler and/or cool
ing components are required for the cooling flow spectra but not for t
hat of the Coma Cluster. Problems have been encountered with the basic
plasma emission models in the energy range of the iron L complex, whi
ch preclude further detailed analysis at present. Our results show the
potential of ASCA data for revealing the structure of cooling flows.
