Abstract
Results are presented for the atomic structure and energetics of possi ble intersections of (necessarily) orthogonal (alpha/2)(110) edge disl ocations in Ge/Si bicrystals, as predicted by classical simulations. T he most compact structure is found to be preferred energetically.
