THE DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON IN THE KAR A SEA AND IN THE MOUTHS OF THE OB AND YENISEI RIVERS

By the results of the definitions of pH and the total alkalininity whi ch were carried out in the 49-th cruise of ''Dmitry Mendeleev'' the co ntain of the dissolved inorganic carbon, particular pressure of the ca rbon dioxide and the other elements of the carbonate system in the wes tern part of the Kara Sea and the mouths of the Ob and Yenisei rivers were calculated. According to the received results the peculiarities o f the distribution and dinamics of the inorganic carbon in the open se a and zones of the mixture of the sea and river waters. The correlatio n of the production and destruction processes of organic matter in the mouth areas of the rivers was estimated.
