Abstract
Cyclam based bifunctional chelators are used for antibody labelling. T he antibody conjugate 7, containing the unmodified macrocycle, shows o nly slow complexation kinetics. The introduction of methylphosphonic a cid groups into the cyclam (9) significantly enhances the complexation kinetics.
