Abstract
A not overly expensive and fast to assemble arrangement for measuring ultrasonic velocity changes is discussed. It should be of interest to all who have a Matec (or other) HF pulse generator and receiver at the ir disposal as well as a digital storage oscilloscope. The measurement s shown in this work were made on doped NH4LiSO4.
