Abstract
We have treated 11 patients with relapsed or resistant lymphoma with a combination of Etoposide, Prednisolone, Ifosfamide and Carboplatin (E PIC), obtaining complete responses in two patients and partial respons es in four patients for an overall response rate of 54 per cent. The t reatment was well tolerated with no toxic deaths and five patients wer e able to proceed to high dose therapy with autologous bone marrow tra nsplantation (ABMT).
