Abstract
In this paper we continue and complete the description of the problem specification stage of the Graphical R-matrix Atomic Collision Environ ment (GRACE). In particular we describe that part of the graphical use r interface which controls the construction and editing of the input d ata required by a new outer region package FARM. The corresponding eve nt-driven software system, which can be used as a stand alone GUI for FARM, is also published and described.
