The supracondylar process of the humerus is a relatively rare but well
-known anatomic variant that can be associated with other anomalies. W
hile it usually remains clinically silent, the spur can be responsible
for a wide spectrum of symptoms. We present 3 patients with fractures
of the supracondylar process and review 12 other cases in the literat
ure. The supracondylar process has potential for fracture and importan
t neurovascular sequelae.
