Abstract
The parallel critical field H-c2//(T) of Nb/Al2O3 multilayer supercond uctors has been analyzed as a function of Nb layer thickness using Mak i's theory for a two-dimensional superconductor. H-c2// was found to b e significantly affected by tile Pauli paramagnetic effect. A reliable estimation of the spin-orbit scattering time tau(so) was made for the Nb layers.
