Abstract
The electronic structure of A-15 compounds in the large positive Hubba rd energy Limit is studied. The conditions of the Cooper's instability are defined. The phase diagram for superconductivity is established. The superconductive regions are determined as a function of filling d- and p-shells of the transition and the nontransition elements.
