Abstract
The human body has frequently been used as a vehicle for illicit drug smuggling. The anatomic site of concealment is usually the gastrointes tinal tract. We report a case in which the vagina was used for this pu rpose. Removal of the package containing the drug was very difficult a nd had to be accomplished by the use of obstetric forceps.
