The human body has frequently been used as a vehicle for illicit drug
smuggling. The anatomic site of concealment is usually the gastrointes
tinal tract. We report a case in which the vagina was used for this pu
rpose. Removal of the package containing the drug was very difficult a
nd had to be accomplished by the use of obstetric forceps.
