Abstract
Multicentric Castleman's disease is an unusual lymphoproliferative les ion typically associated with systemic manifestations and specific his topathology. We describe two cases of pathologically proven multicentr ic Castleman's disease along with radiographic and ultrasonographic fi ndings.
