We utilize inclusive sum rules to construct both upper and lower bound
s on the form factors for (B) over bar --> D, D, rho, pi, omega, K an
d K semi-leptonic and radiative decays. We include the leading nonper
turbative 1/E corrections and point out cases when a, corrections are
equally important. We compute the a, correction to the lower bound on
the (B) over bar --> D form factor f(w) at zero recoil, thereby const
raining its normalization f(1) to within 6-8% of the upper bound. We s
how that the B --> rho form factor alpha(+) is suppressed at small mom
entum transfer by either a factor of 1/E or alpha(s). These bounds can
be used to rule out phenomenological models as well as to determine v
alues for the CKM matrix elements once radiative corrections are inclu
ded.
