New cluster [HRu3(CO)10(C7H8N)] was synthesized by the reaction of dec
acarbonyltriruthenium with p-toluidine in benzene. The structure was c
haracterized by IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR and elemental analysis. H-1 NMR
show that the cluster contains ruthenium-hydrogen end bond, An X-ray d
iffraction analysis of the cluster has unequivocally established its s
tructure. The cluster crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space gro
