Abstract
The Cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase model A has been synthesized by the reaction of p-tert-butylcalix [4] arene with acyl chloride of porphyr in acid 3 followed by inserting of metal ions. The structures of A and its precursor 6 were confirmed by IR, H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analy sis. H-1 NMR (500MHz) spectra provide evidence for the ''cone'' confor mation of calixarene residue in 6.
