Abstract
Treating life as a game, the author conducts a midcourse debriefing of personal experiences related to the design and use of simulation and games and comes up with nine insights. These insights deal with design techniques, participant reactions, alternative approaches to learning , impact of experimental approaches, importance of debriefing, cross-c ultural communication, and therapeutic insights.
