Abstract
The synthesis and biological activity of a series of o-1,2,3,4-tetrahy dro-6H-pyrimido[2,1-b]quinazoline is reported. Pharmacological investi gations have shown that the compounds exert depressive action on the c entral nervous system and exhibit neuroleptic activity.
