Abstract
The authors describe four thromboembolic accidents in vitro fertilizat ions. These accidents were not associated with an ovarian hyperstimula tion syndrome. However, all patients presented a risk factor of thromb osis. The relationship between endocrine treatment and the occurrence of side effects is discussed.
