Abstract
Prostaglandin E(2) vaginal suppositories are a highly effective method of second-trimester pregnancy termination. Management of a failed pro staglandin abortion must include a search for the cause of the failure . This case report is the first decription of a failed prostaglandin a bortion associated with placenta accreta.
