Abstract
We report the cDNA cloning of the gamma- and kappa-chain-encoding gene s for two mouse monoclonal antibodies (mAb) which recognize dioxins. T he nucleotide sequences encoding the variable regions of these mAb wer e also determined. Although the mAb have similar dioxin-binding charac teristics, their deduced variable region amino-acid sequences are very different.
