Abstract
The asymmetric carboalkoxyalkylidenation of 4-substituted cyclohexanon es was effected by the use of chirally modified Horner-Wadsworth-Emmon s (HWE) reagents in good yields (78-82%) as well as high levels of ena ntioselectivity (78-86% ee).
