STUDIES ON 2 NEW LYMPH IMAGING AGENTS AND THEIR CLINICAL-APPLICATION

Liposome and PG kit were labeled with the (TcO4)-Tc-99m to form Tc-99m -liposome and Tc-99m-PG which are two non-invasive, safe diagnostic dr ugs. The labeling efficiency of the agents are more than 95%. The Tc-9 9m imaging agents in the PLN as compared with the other different orga ns showed that the ratio value of PLN to other organ is more than 149 times after 30 min i.d. injection of Tc-99m-liposome and the ratio Val ue is more than 30.19 times after 2 h i.d. injection of Tc-99m-PG. The studies of the pharmacokinetics and mechanism of imaging have been ca rried out. The Tc-99m-liposome was administrated to more than 140 pati ents and Tc-99m-PG was administrated to more than 5000 patients. The c linical tests were satisfactory and no side-effect was shown.
