Abstract
We have investigated powder samples of YBa2Cu3O6+xFy by means of Cu nu clear quadrupole resonance (NQR). Lineshape and spin-lattice relaxatio n time measurements revealed the effects of the fluorination and the a ntiferromagnetic fluctuation in the structures.
