Abstract
Using the recent CLEO measurement of Br(b --> sgamma), we find that th e branching ratio of b --> sg cannot be larger than 10% in two Higgs d oublet models. The small experimental value of Br(b --> enuBARX) can n o longer be explained by charged Higgs boson effects.
