Abstract
This report describes the association of a low imperforate anus with a seminal vesicle cyst, posterior urethral valve, and lung hypoplasia c omplicated by necrotizing enterocolitis and unilateral vesicoureteral reflux. The embryological basis, diagnosis, and management of these an omalies is reviewed.
